Decisions that stick
A clear framework for choices that hold — head, body, and gut in agreement.
Most bad decisions are not bad analysis — they are decisions made without clarity about what actually matters, then re-litigated every week afterwards.
This workshop gives participants a three-lens framework: values (what this must be consistent with), consequences (what it costs and buys, honestly), and signal (what the body and gut are reporting that the spreadsheet is not). We work through the difference between a hard decision and a merely complicated one, because they need opposite treatments.
We then practise commitment: how to close a decision, how to communicate it so it does not reopen, and how to define in advance what evidence would legitimately change it. That last piece is what stops second-guessing without making people rigid.
Participants bring a live decision and leave with it either made or clearly framed, plus worksheet templates they can use with their own teams.
