Imposter syndrome & self-limiting beliefs
Self-doubt, imposter feelings and the quiet voice that says 'not yet'.
Self-limiting beliefs, imposter feelings and chronic self-doubt are among the most common barriers holding capable people back — especially the ones who look composed from the outside.
We start by making the mechanism visible: where the belief came from, what evidence it selectively collects, and what it protects the person from. Participants map their own pattern and the situations that reliably trigger it.
Then we work with tools that hold up under pressure: reframing techniques, self-compassion as a performance skill rather than indulgence, collecting counter-evidence systematically, and separating a high standard from a punishing one.
The session is small-group and confidential by design. Participants leave with a personal reframing practice, one belief they have actively tested, and a plan for the situation where the pattern usually wins.
