Mindset in times of AI

A growth mindset is the baseline today — but change arrives so fast that even adaptable people hit their limit.

A growth mindset is no longer a nice-to-have; it is the basic requirement for staying in the game. But the changes now come in such volume, so often and so fast that even people with high adaptability and quick comprehension run into their own limit.

That instability has a price. Constant re-learning burns energy, reserves empty faster than they refill, and the pressure to keep up quietly turns into the feeling of never being current enough. Most teams never name this — they just get more tired.

This workshop does three things. First, it creates an honest space for exchange: what is actually changing in your work, what people are secretly afraid of, what they have already stopped doing well because everything is in motion. Naming it collectively takes a surprising amount of weight off.

Second, it offers a practical framework for deciding what deserves your attention and what does not. We separate real signal from hype, look at who benefits from the urgency, and build a personal filter so you can stop reacting to every new tool announcement.

Third, we make adaptation sustainable. That means learning habits small enough to survive a busy week, recovery practices that protect the energy adaptation needs, and a clear map of which tasks you want to keep human — not because AI cannot do them, but because they matter to your judgement, relationships, or sense of purpose.

We also look at where AI genuinely helps and where it only adds noise — not as a tool demo, but as a question of judgement: which parts of your work do you want to keep doing yourself, and why.

By the end, each participant has a concrete plan: a personal change-load map, a 4-week micro-learning sprint, a recovery non-negotiable, and an AI-delegation map for their own role.

  4. 04Signal vs. hype: choosing what deserves attention
  5. 05Micro-learning habits that survive busy weeks
  6. 06Recovery as a strategic resource
  7. 07Deciding what stays human — an AI delegation map
  8. 08Building your personal change rhythm
