Embodied leadership
Body language, voice and tone — the most influential, most underestimated leadership tools.
Most organisations overlook body language, voice and tone as leadership tools — and then wonder why a technically perfect message did not land. This two-day format works on presence: what your body tells people before you speak, and how to make that signal match your intent.
We assess voice, tone and facial expression with structured feedback and video work, then build methods to strengthen them: how you enter a room, how you hold silence, how you occupy space, how you carry authority without performing it.
We also work with the harder moments — delivering bad news, staying grounded when challenged in public, holding a decision under pressure — because presence is only real if it survives stress.
Offline delivery is deliberate: this work needs a room, other bodies, and immediate feedback. Participants leave with a personal leadership signature and a short daily practice.
