Visibility, positioning and influence for people who shape rather than manage.

Experts are often expected to drive decisions without formal authority — and then judged on outcomes they could not mandate. Influence, in that position, is a craft rather than a title.

This workshop works on three fronts. Positioning: what you are known for, and whether that matches what you want to be asked to do. Visibility: making impact legible without self-promotion theatre. Influence: communicating an idea persuasively, mapping stakeholders, and building alignment across teams before a decision is on the table.

We practise the hard moments — a proposal being ignored, a decision made without you, a stakeholder who blocks quietly — and design specific approaches for each. Participants map their real stakeholder landscape in the room.

Everyone leaves with a positioning statement, a stakeholder map with next moves, and a persuasive version of one proposal they care about.
