Your superpowers are your way to success
Every person carries a unique mix of talents and learned skills — most of it unused.
Every employee brings a unique combination of inherent talents, learned skills and personal expectations. Most people cannot name theirs, which makes them hard to use deliberately and even harder to advocate for.
This workshop helps participants identify their personal superpowers through structured self-assessment, peer feedback and evidence from their own track record — not a personality label, but a working description of what they do better than most.
Then we make it operational: where in their current role those strengths are under-used, which tasks to move toward, and how to talk about them in a review or an internal application without discomfort. We also look at the shadow side — every strength overused becomes a liability.
Participants leave with a strengths profile, one concrete role or project adjustment to propose, and language they can use the next time someone asks what they are good at.
